Job Duties:
- Sell Refurbished equipment to businesses, education, public sector and charities.
- Close deals to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual KPIs and Targets.
- Pro-active outbound sales activity with existing and prospective Customers.
- Conversion of customer enquiries into sales.
- Response time in line with SLA.
- Develop technical knowledge of the industry including changing trends, economic indicators impacting on sales and competitors.
- Self-generate additional appointments and referrals.
- Build, develop, and manage a pipeline of potential customers through a CRM system.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders.
- Work to agreed product, market, and business rules.
- Administrative duties.
- Cold Calling.
- Upselling/ cross selling.
- Introducing new services/ products to clients.
- Identifying and following up on sales leads.
- Order Processing.
- Customer queries.
- Attend sales exhibitions/ events.
- Demonstrate products/ services.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in business development/ sales role.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
- A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
- Track record of achieving results.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent phone manner.
Desirable Criteria:
- Sales experience within education sector.
- Experience selling refurbished IT equipment.
