We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) to join our sales team and help shape the growth of the Vyta brand. We are looking for a charismatic, results-driven individual who can confidently promote our services to potential customers, creating positive and trust-driven relationships to build on our existing customer base. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and pride themselves on offering superior customer service and attention to detail, combining relationship building and sales skills to seek new business opportunities, convert marketing-driven leads and utilise existing connections and networking opportunities.

Core Responsibilities:
- B2B sales of IT Asset Disposition services, engaging with a vast array of businesses and organisations at a senior management and decision maker level.
- Pro-actively working to generate leads, appointments and referrals, using LinkedIn, existing connections, cold-calling, marketing-support and attending networking & trade shows.
- Working to close deals and revenue in line with periodic KPIs and Targets.
- Build, develop and manage a pipeline of prospects using Hubspot CRM system to set tasks, schedule meetings and complete regular follow-ups to convert new business.
- Respond to new prospect enquiries within determined SLAs to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop a technical knowledge of the ITAD industry, including Vyta processes, certifications and compliance, industry trends and competitor solutions.
- Introduce an array of Vyta services to new prospects, focused on IT Asset Disposals but also DiskShred and onsite services, across the UK & Ireland and globally.
- Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders and other teams across the Vyta business and sites.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a business development or sales role.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office packages and CRM systems
- A team player with the ability to work with initiative.
- Track record of achieving results.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent phone manner.
Desirable Criteria
- B2B sales experience within the IT industry
- Experience dealing with large global organisations at decision maker level
