Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to new prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Follow structured scripts and outreach workflows to ensure consistent communication
- Promote our Circular IT Services to Identify potential ITAD (IT Asset Disposal) / ITALM (IT Asset Lifecycle Management) & ITALM opportunities across various sectors and regions
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Business Development Managers
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our system
- Build a strong understanding of our services
- Meet and exceed monthly activity and appointment-setting targets
- Work collaboratively with the Business Development team to improve lead quality and conversion
- Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Confident communicator, comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to learn and take direction from scripts and established processes
Desirable
- Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of ITAD, IT services, recycling or technology industry (not required but helpful)
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
