Role Purpose:
We have an opportunity for a keen Telesales Executive to join our Vyta Business Development Team. We are looking for a charismatic individual with excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed. As a telesales representative, the primary function of the role is outbound calling, contacting prospective customers from an existing and targeted data-set and other lead sources. This is an entry level role with opportunity for progression and uncapped earnings.

Creating positive relationships:
It is crucial the Telesales Executive builds connections and positive relationships with potential clients. The role requires patience, persuasion and persistence to proactively generate leads.
Target Driven:
The individual will need to be extremely target driven and motivated in creating business opportunities. Set call volume targets and conversion KPIs will be in place.
Continuous business Improvement:
Ensuring the telesales approach is continually improving service users’ experiences, reviewing how we receive, process, track and retain information.
Attention to detail:
This will be key in driving effectiveness and productivity.
Customer service:
Provision of quality service to all prospects, demonstrating professionalism, patience & kindness.
Communication:
Clear and accurate conveying of information to others. Effective communication is essential to your success in this role. You should be able to listen to others, ask questions & assess client requirements.
Job Duties:
- Cold Calling
- Providing the customer with information about Vyta’s products and services
- Help the sales team identify/ pre-qualify prospects/sales leads on behalf of sales team.
- Convert customer enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Convert and process orders.
- Lead generation
- Preparing sales reports.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Work to agreed product, market, and business rules.
- Continually develop understanding of the market and the clients you work with to ensure a competitive service is being offered.
- Maintaining systems.
- Administrative duties.
- Order Processing.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous Telesales experience
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
- A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
- Track record of achieving results.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent phone manner.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Central Park Newtownabbey, BT36 4FR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
