A Fully Managed ITAD Service

Vyta provides a fully managed ITAD service covering secure collection, asset tracking, certified data destruction, refurbishment, resale and responsible recycling, with full reporting throughout.

Vyta manages every asset through a documented chain of custody, from collection to final reporting. Assets suitable for reuse are refurbished and resold to generate a revenue return. Equipment that cannot be resold is processed through secure, traceable recycling streams.

Our service helps organisations:

  • Protect sensitive data with certified destruction and documented controls.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with a documented chain of custody, Certificates of Destruction and asset-level reporting.
  • Recover value through refurbishment, resale and revenue return.
  • Support sustainability goals through reuse-first processing and responsible recycling.
  • Manage multi-site or global ITAD programmes through one coordinated service and a single point of contact.

How Our ITAD Service Works

Our ITAD process gives you traceability, security and control at every stage.

Step 1 secure collection

Secure Collection

After a date is agreed and a unique job reference assigned, our security-vetted crews arrive to collect loose, caged or palletised equipment from your site. A fully documented chain of custody is maintained from your site to ours.

Step 2 asset tracking and destruction

Asset Registration and Data Destruction

On arrival at our site, each asset is logged and tracked by type, model and serial number.
Data-bearing devices are then securely erased or destroyed, where required, issuing you Certificates of Destruction and Data Erasure Reports for your compliance records.

Step 3 refurbishment and remarketing

Refurbishment and Reuse

Devices suitable for reuse are refurbished in-house to extend lifecycle and maximise their resale value. They can then be resold to generate a revenue return, redeployed within your organisation, or donated to charity.

Step 4 responsible recycling

Responsible Recycling

Devices that cannot be reused are broken down into component materials and recycled through certified processes with full downstream traceability, helping minimise environmental impact.

Step 5 Final reporting and revenue return

Final Reporting and Revenue Return

Vyta provides reports throughout the ITAD process, with a final asset report delivered upon completion. This report details what happened to each asset, whether it was resold, recycled or redeployed.
Revenue from resold equipment can be returned to your organisation or used against future IT services.

Recover Value from Retried IT Assets

Vyta helps organisations recover value from their retired IT assets through expert refurbishment and resale.

Assets with resale value are remarketed through trusted trade, partner and end-user channels to help achieve the best possible return. Clear settlement reporting shows what was sold, the value recovered and the outcome of each asset.

Vyta can return recovered value to your organisation, offset it against future services or donate it to charity.
