Lorraine McKeown

Lorraine worked in the travel industry for 20 years before joining Vyta in 2016. Her career spans across business development, revenue and yield and operations. This extensive experience cemented Lorraine’s passion for customer satisfaction. Lorraine is responsible for managing key subcontractor relationships, business reporting and analysis as well as the delivery of an exceptional onboarding experience for new customers. Her focus at Vyta is to drive, champion and implement a culture of customer focus and compliance as well as ensuring continuous improvement. Lorraine’s downtime is spent ferrying one of her three daughters to football matches, spending time with family or with a good book in her hand (and a glass of wine in the other!)
