The 2025 ITAD Summit was held this year at the iconic Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, bringing together leaders from across the global IT asset disposition sector to share insights, create new connections and explore the future of a rapidly evolving industry.
Vyta was proud to exhibit, sponsor and contribute to the conversation.
Faye Thomas (Chief Commercial Officer), Giles Ward (Chief Operations Officer), Rachael Weir (Head of Marketing) and Sue Bywater-Read (Strategic Relationship Director) represented Vyta at the event, exhibiting, networking, meeting clients and joining key panel discussions.
Sue Bywater-Read voted ITAD Individual of the Year 2025
In a testament to her passion and experience, Sue Bywater-Read was named ITAD Individual of the Year 2025, recognising her exceptional contribution after working over 25 years in the industry.
Speaking on the closing keynote panel, The Shrinking Marketplace: Keys to Success in an Unpredictable Environment, Sue explored how ITADs must evolve beyond end-of-life services to become full lifecycle partners. She highlighted the need for closer collaboration, more strategic client relationships and the growing importance of ESG and compliance as key differentiators.
Our clients expect more — and rightly so. We must be agile, proactive and deeply in tune with their evolving challenges, from sustainability reporting to secure, distributed logistics.

Communicating Value in a Crowded Space
Rachael Weir joined the panel Standing Out in the Noise – Marketing Your Products and Services to the Masses, where she discussed how Vyta combines data, storytelling and education to build trust and clarity in an increasingly complex landscape.
Standing out today means making the complex feel simple. That’s where strategic marketing delivers real value, for us and for our clients.

Delivering at scale
Giles Ward spoke on the panel The Importance of Operational Compliance within the ITAD Industry, where the discussion focused on service quality, accountability and consistency in a competitive market. He emphasised Vyta’s commitment to robust internal systems, flexible service delivery and localised partnerships, all designed to help clients reduce risk while increasing sustainability.
In a shrinking marketplace, it’s no longer about who can do it cheapest. It’s about who can do it right, consistently, and at scale.

A collaborative future
Beyond the panels and presentations, the summit was a valuable opportunity to reconnect with peers and partners from across the ITAD ecosystem. Recurring themes included increased mergers and acquisition activity, the shift from ITAD to ITAM, and the growing demand for measurable ESG outcomes.
As ESG, compliance and service expectations grow, Vyta remains focused on meeting them with consistency, capability and client-first thinking.
