Security
Security underpins every stage of our service, from collection and transport through to processing and final disposition.
Assets are handled by security-vetted teams and moved using tightly controlled chain-of-custody processes and GPS-tracked vehicles.
Data-bearing devices are made data safe through certified data erasure or physical destruction.
All four Vyta processing sites are certified to ADISA DIAL 3, the highest data security rating for ITAD providers, providing independent assurance that our infrastructure and procedures can protect the most sensitive data.
Sustainability
Our business model is based on sustainability, with the goal of helping our clients and partners reduce their carbon footprint and environmental impact.
Vyta is certified as carbon neutral across its processing facilities under ISO 14068-1.
We promote reuse over recycling at every stage to reduce carbon emissions and provide financial returns for redundant equipment.
Where reuse is not possible, equipment is processed through secure, traceable recycling streams, and our zero-landfill policy ensures disposals are handled in an environmentally responsible way.
Clients can also receive tailored carbon impact reporting showing how many assets were collected, when and where they were collected, and a clear figure for the total carbon savings achieved through reuse, measured in tonnes of CO₂e.
Compliance
Compliance is key to Vyta’s operations. We hold 12 international ISO and quality standards, which help you meet your own compliance requirements and help us maintain the highest levels of process-driven service.
We undergo regular and unannounced audits to maintain these standards.
Vyta ensures that your IT equipment is processed in full alignment with both GDPR and environmental regulations. This means when we process your devices you can rest assured knowing they will be handled correctly.
