We attended the first ever ITAD Europe 2026 event, held at the OceaNice Convention Centre on 15th to 16th April.
A stronger presence in Europe
One of the standout moments was bringing together teams from three offices in one place. With the ITAD Summit taking place in Europe, it allowed for a broader mix of people to attend, with eight team members represented, from executive level through to junior roles. It reflects how we operate and how we want to present ourselves. Since expanding into Frankfurt last year, we have been building strong momentum across the region.
On stage
Ahead of the main event on Tuesday, Faye took part in a masterclass alongside Tim, Josh and Jimmy, exploring how ITAD businesses are evolving towards more circular, full lifecycle models. Faye shared how Vyta is putting this into practice, from maximising asset value through reuse to developing more transparent and scalable processes for clients.
On Wednesday, three team members joined a panel on making the ITAD industry more appealing to the younger generation. The discussion brought a range of perspectives. Sue, marking 25 years in ITAD, offered long term insight, while Alex, six months in, brought a fresh view. Together, this highlighted both the opportunity and gap in the industry.
Looking ahead
Attention now turns to Las Vegas, with the ITAD Summit taking place at the start of August. Following a strong first ITAD Europe event, it has set the tone for the year!
