Vyta operates secure ITAD processing sites in Belfast, Dublin, Essex and Frankfurt, enabling secure and compliant services across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
Our Belfast facility has been strategically selected for its unique position within both the UK and EU, offering a customs advantage that avoids the delays and restrictions faced by GB-based providers. The addition of our Frankfurt site further strengthens European coverage, reducing transit times, lowering emissions and simplifying logistics for international clients.

ITALM Services
From Bonded Stock to Asset Tagging and Imaging, Vyta provides comprehensive services to ensure your IT hardware is managed and configured to meet your specific requirements throughout the asset lifecycle.
Bonded Stock
Vyta securely holds any volume of client stock at our configuration facility, reducing on-site work. Services include audit reporting, packaging removal and recycling, MAC address auditing and DOA checks. Stock can be shipped in batches or individually via our international courier network.
Asset Tagging
We apply client-supplied or custom asset tags to match specific material, placement and design requirements. An asset register is created with tag references, serial numbers, part numbers and other data. Additional information can be collected and uploaded to the client’s CMDB as required.
Standard & Advanced Imaging
Vyta delivers consistent, quality-assured device builds using SCCM, MDT, Ivanti or Autopilot. Services are available for all IT hardware, from laptops to servers, with fully manual, automated or hybrid installs. Advanced imaging replicates client environments for a ready-to-use user experience; standard imaging uses client-supplied or captured images.
IT Decommissioning
Our experienced engineering teams travel across Europe for onsite decommissioning and collection work. This includes decommissioning from offices, data centres, and remote offices, ensuring timely project delivery in line with client expectations and project timescales.
Joiner Services
Our onboarding service allows for the swift and hassle-free provision of new or existing devices from stock to welcome a new member of your team.
Leaver Services
Our easy collection service ensures the timely retrieval of all company-owned IT assets from exiting employees across the UK and Ireland. Devices are securely erased and refurbished, ready for future deployment.
Device Refresh Services
For users due a device upgrade, we deploy new, configured devices and welcome sheets wherever they are in the UK. We provide clear instructions for returning the existing device and manage the entire process, from data erasure to device disposition.
Device Swap-out Services
In case of defective devices, we offer fast next-day swap-outs from stock. A fully configured device is sent in exchange for the return of the defective device. Our tote box service allows users to return faulty devices at their own pace.
Additional Configuration
Our services include BIOS and firmware updates, hashing, critical updates, and enrolment.
Vyta Smart Hands
Customers can outsource technical resources to provide a range of support. Engineers can perform instructed tasks as part of the IT team or independently, depending on the specific requirements.
IT Asset Relocation
A fully managed secure IT equipment relocation service includes secure dedicated logistics and installation process to meet your business needs and deadlines.
Packaging Relocation
Vyta offers packaging management. Our team will remove all equipment packaging and sort and recycle it accordingly at our site.
Other Pre-Delivery Services
We manage the removal and disposal of packaging, fit accessories, install components, and perform Dead on Arrival (DOA) testing to ensure all equipment is fully functional before reaching the end user.
Equipment Deployment
Vyta makes deployment and moving to a new location, new equipment installation, or infrastructure expansion simple. With extensive warehousing and distribution ability, we can also provide on-site pre-configuration for deployments.
