Andy Bywater-Read joined Vyta in 2023 as Operations Manager (ITAD), bringing with him extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Prior to Vyta, Andy held senior roles at Simarco International and Apex Evolution, where he focused on service delivery, team leadership and operational performance across complex logistics environments.

At Vyta, Andy oversees daily operations across our sites, ensuring the efficient coordination of services including collections, redeployments and secure data destruction. He works closely with both internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards, streamline workflows and support continuous improvement across the business.
