Laura joined Vyta as Senior Service Delivery Coordinator in April 2022 after five years’ experience in customer service, sales support, and logistics. She was quickly promoted to Client Relationship Manager where her role is to effectively manage client and partner accounts, monitor SLA’s and develop and maintain the customer relationship. Laura’s excellent customer service skills paired with her close attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills makes her an integral part of the Vyta team. Outside of work Laura loves travelling, fashion and having fun with her adorable nephew.
