We are delighted to share the news that Catherine Smith, Executive Assistant at Vyta, has won the Executive Support Professional of the Year award at the 2019 AIB Business Eye Award. The awards were held last week at the ICC Belfast in front of a packed room of 750 people from across the Northern Irish business world.
The Executive Support Professional of the Year category honours the unsung heroes of the business world in Northern Ireland. It recognises a key member of staff who provides first class support services to management within an organisation.
Entirely Deserving
Everyone at Vyta is over the moon for Catherine, who is entirely deserving of this fantastic award. Catherine is indeed a hero in Vyta, and her support across every facet of the business has been instrumental in Vyta’s growth and success.
Catherine joined Vyta in January 2017, bringing with her more than 10 years’ experience in support roles within the corporate sector. Judges recognised Catherine’s exemplary team support and contribution to Vyta’s strategy, business efficiency and effectiveness. Catherine’s work in the fast-paced environment of IT disposal is a great example for other women considering careers in STEM-related roles.
Congratulations
We would like to wish Catherine a huge congratulations once more on this award. Catherine will continue to be central to both setting and achieving Vyta’s business strategy and objectives in the future, and it is the quality and dedication of our people like Catherine that will be essential to the continued success of the company.
