Having a criminal record will not necessarily debar you from working with Vyta. This will depend on the nature of the position, together with the circumstances and background of your offences or other information contained on a disclosure certificate or provided directly to us by the police.

Vyta complies with AccessNI Code of Practice for assessing applicants, ensuring secure storage, controlled access, and proper disposal of Disclosure information, with full consent.
Staff Screening Policy
Due to the nature of the industry we work in, Vyta requires all employees to be vetted to BS7858 standards or equivalent. Vetting requirements may vary based on jurisdiction, role, and regulatory obligations. Employees will also be re-vetted throughout their employment as required.
