Belfast, 23rd November 2018 – Vyta, the most secure IT disposal company on the island of Ireland, today announces that it has been named the Medium/Mid-Sized Business of the Year 2018 at the annual Business Eye First Trust Bank Business Awards (BEFTAs).
The awards, which took place at the Belfast Waterfront on Thursday, 22nd November, recognise companies and individuals from across Northern Ireland who have displayed exceptional results, performance and leadership over the past 12 months.
Vyta saw off stiff competition from other Northern Irish companies with 50-250 employees. The experienced judging panel awarded Medium/Mid-Sized Business of the Year to Vyta in recognition of the company’s outstanding business growth, contributions to the community and excellence in client service delivery.
Vyta has undergone strong growth recently, in terms of both revenues and client and staff growth. Fuelling the demand for Vyta’s secure IT disposal services is the requirement of organisations to show compliance with GDPR, which came into effect in May of this year. To continue to provide clients with the lowest risk disposal services, Vyta also significantly invested in security, staff training and accreditation.
