Rob joined Vyta as Chairman in 2018. He works closely with the CEO and Executive leadership teams providing both strategic and governance support. Rob has significant experience in growing fast moving global businesses, whether as an entrepreneur, alongside private equity or within a listed corporation. He is passionate about helping driven individuals to maximise their potential. A keen sportsman Rob enjoys skiing in the winter and kite surfing when the sun is out.
Chief Executive Officer
Philip has been at the heart of Vyta since its inception in 2001. After spending three years selling refurbished IT equipment, Philip and his business partner John spotted a gap in the market for secure data destruction and co-founded Vyta, becoming Vyta in 2021. Starting as Operations Director, Philip has been leading the company since John retired in 2014. As CEO, Philip has seen Vyta through years of exceptional growth in size and capability while fostering a culture of honesty, accountability, and client focus. He is responsible for Vyta’s strategic direction and day-to-day performance. Philip is passionate about data security and sustainability and feels very fortunate to lead a highly accredited organisation that focuses on both. He has a keen interest in mid-century furniture.
Chief Commercial Officer
Faye joined the Vyta team in 2014, bringing with her, over 12 years of sales, customer service and business operations experience. She has a passion for continuous improvement, placing the customer at the centre of our operations. As well as leading the sales, marketing and customer service teams at Vyta, Faye is deeply involved in shaping Vyta’s strategy and ensuring operations are in line with long-term business goals. Over her career, which includes eight years’ experience in the IT sector, Faye has demonstrated an outstanding ability to identify market opportunities and has been instrumental in ensuring the growth and success of Vyta. She loves travelling, especially city breaks. Faye was recently listed in the Business First 40 under 40.
Chief Operations Officer
Since joining Vyta in 2012 Giles has been responsible for overseeing ongoing operations and procedures, ensuring that day to day activities are carried out in an efficient, compliant, safe and secure manner. With a passion for effectiveness and efficiency, Giles oversees operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve company processes whilst ensuring that the highest standards are achieved and maintained in accordance with quality assurance, industry standards and security policies. Prior to joining Vyta, Giles spent 12 years as Senior Contract Manager at Spadeoak. Giles enjoys water-skiing, rugby and a good steak.
Catherine joined Vyta in January 2017 as Executive Assistant and has since progressed to leading our e-commerce brand, RefreshedByUs.com. Working closely with the Executive Team, Catherine leads all the meetings and management of the Board, Executive and strategy planning for the whole group. On a daily basis, Catherine’s main areas of focus for RBU include stock availability, customer service, continual improvement of fulfilment centre processes, marketing and PR messaging. Catherine is also responsible for shaping the RefreshedByUs.com strategy and keeping all departments aligned on long term goals. In her spare time Catherine enjoys spending time with her daughter, socialising with friends and family, and dining out.
Client Services Lead
Leah joined Vyta in 2019 as senior client support and has now progressed to leading the team. She graduated from university with a degree in Business Management in 2017. A mature head on young shoulders, Leah’s passions and strengths lie in exceeding customer expectations and process management, Leah and her team are responsible for liasing with our customers on a daily basis to ensure our high levels of customer service are maintained. Outside of work Leah enjoys socialising with friends & family, eating out and is a big fan of cheese.
Key Account Manager
Brigid recently joined Vyta in March 2019 as Key Account Manager. Brigid’s primary role is to manage the partnership with key client accounts, being responsible for maintaining and developing these relationships and managing projects and contracts for IT asset disposal, remarketing and deployment support solutions. Brigid began her career as a marketing graduate but over time, quickly developed a passion for account management. Always, placing the customer at the centre of our operations, Brigid thrives on developing long-term relationships with customers and channel partners and has over 8 years’ experience in Key Account Management. Outside of work Brigid enjoys travelling & socialising with friends & family.
Katrina joined Vyta in June 2019 as Business Development Manager. Responsible for maintaining and developing key relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial and public sectors across Ireland, Katrina manages client projects for IT lifecycle solutions.
She has over 30 years of cross-industry experience in business development and operations and has a passion for sustainability in the IT Sector.
As an active committee member of her local Chamber of Commerce Katrina is involved in fund raising for local charities and in particular children’s charities.
Andrew joined AMI in November 2019 as a Business Development Manager for Trade Sales of refurbished IT equipment. Andrew is responsible for managing relationships with existing customers and expanding the customer base while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction continues. Andrew thrives on creating and building on relationships while also driving sales into the business. He got into sales initially so he could afford to take Laura (his fiancé) for many an exquisite meal. Andrew enjoys Rugby, Golf and Wakeboarding in his spare time.
