Vyta’s new ITAD Facility in Frankfurt has opened and is now servicing clients across Germany and mainland Europe.
Leading IT asset disposition and IT asset lifecycle management provider Vyta has elevated its European operations, confirming that its new facility in Frankfurt is now fully operational. The 1,000 m² site has passed ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 audits and will create up to ten local roles over the next three years, strengthening Vyta’s continental footprint.
Frankfurt sits at the crossroads of Europe’s road, rail and air networks and is home to one of the world’s largest concentrations of data centres. Locating a processing hub here means equipment from Germany, the Netherlands, France, Belgium and across mainland Europe can reach Vyta technicians quickly, reducing journey times, costs and complexity for clients.
With all handling carried out by Vyta’s own trained staff and fleet, organisations receive the same secure, compliant and transparent service already trusted in Ireland and the United Kingdom from our facilities in Belfast, Dublin and Essex. Faster turnaround and a single chain of custody translate into improved data protection and simpler reporting for audit and ESG purposes.
Processing assets closer to their point of origin also lowers transport emissions, a practical contribution towards both Vyta’s PAS 2060 carbon-neutral commitment and clients’ sustainability targets.
Philip McMichael, Vyta’s CEO, noted that the Frankfurt launch “places Vyta at the heart of the European market, allowing us to offer truly local service quality on a continental scale while maintaining the rigorous standards our clients expect.”
Vyta is the only EMEA-headquartered representative vendor in Gartner’s 2024 Market Guide for IT Asset Disposition reinforcing its position as a leading ITAD partner in Europe.
