Alyson joined Vyta in April 2025 as People Operations Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience in human resources and people management. She is instrumental in supporting our teams across multiple locations, with a strong focus on fostering employee engagement, overseeing recruitment processes, developing policies, and managing day-to-day HR operations. Over the course of her career across diverse sectors, Alyson has honed her expertise in employee relations and organisational development, consistently prioritising a people-centred approach. She is dedicated to cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture where both individuals and teams are empowered to succeed. Outside of work, Alyson keeps busy with two teenagers and a lively miniature schnauzer who keeps her on her toes.
