On 11 and 12 June, Vyta took part in the E-Waste World Conference & Expo at Messe Frankfurt, Germany’s leading event for ITAD and circular electronics. The exhibition attracted more than 300 suppliers and 3,500 visitors from across Europe, all focused on secure data disposal, recycling and sustainability in technology.
The Vyta team were at the event to share the latest news about the company’s fully operational Frankfurt ITAD facility. Visitors learned how the new site gives organisations in Germany and across mainland Europe faster turnaround times, stricter chain-of-custody control and lower transport-related carbon emissions.
It was great to meet so many new contacts and discuss how Vyta can help businesses across Europe to deliver impact with their ITAD strategy.
It was great to meet so many new contacts and show how Vyta can simplify European IT lifecycle management, the conversations confirmed that data security and environmental performance remain top priorities for enterprises across the region.
Discussions with technology manufacturers, data-centre operators and sustainability professionals highlighted three priorities. First, protecting sensitive data through equipment processing that remains within Vyta’s audited facilities. Second, meeting evolving European compliance requirements with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified procedures. Third, supporting corporate ESG goals by handling assets locally rather than shipping them long distances.
Interest was reinforced by Vyta’s recent listing as the only EMEA-headquartered representative vendor in the Gartner 2024 Market Guide for IT Asset Disposition, recognition that underlines the company’s capability to provide secure ITAD services across Europe with confidence from our facilities in Belfast, Dublin, Essex and now Frankfurt.
